1. Services (Website Development, SEO, Social Media)

Once work on a service has started, cancellations and refunds are not allowed.
If you wish to cancel before work has begun, you may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order.
Any advance payment made is non-refundable once project work has started.

2. Digital Products (Themes, Plugins, Templates)

Due to the nature of digital products (instant download/access), refunds or cancellations are not possible after purchase.
Please review product details carefully before purchasing.
In case of a technical issue (such as corrupt file, failed download, or duplicate payment), we will either:
- Provide a fresh download link, OR
- Issue a refund if the problem cannot be resolved.

3. Duplicate or Unauthorized Payments

If you are charged twice for the same order, please contact us immediately.
After verification, the duplicate payment will be refunded to your original payment method.
